The Signature Box Stand
A sleek, freestanding base designed to hold interchangeable signage panels for any event.
Crafted from 0.5” premium plywood, this stand offers two adaptable configurations:
- Single Insert Slot: fits a 36” panel
- Dual Insert Slots: fits 30” and 24” panels for layered or multi-panel displays
- Default colour: White
Customize in any colour to suit your palette or theme - or personalize it with your wedding date, your names, a monogram logo, or a cute sentimental quote to make it truly yours!
Please note: the sign inserts are not included in the rental package and are to be produced additionally when renting the set.
Mountain Table ID Signs
Our Mountain Table Identification Signs are crafted from wood and designed to bring warmth, texture, and a sense of place to your tablescape. Each 6"w × 4"h × 2"d sign features a hand-drawn mountain illustration paired with custom table names, serving as both a functional identifier and a thoughtful design detail.

These signs are designed to coordinate seamlessly with a custom seating chart, which can be made to order to match your table names, fonts, and overall aesthetic—creating a cohesive flow from guest arrival to table placement.

If you’re planning more than eight tables, additional matching signs can be created to complete your layout.

Wood Reserved Signs + Buckets
Our Reserved Wood Signs are a simple, intentional way to designate seating for family or special guests during your ceremony. Crafted from wood and sized at 12"w × 10"h, making them a versatile option for any ceremony setup.

These signs can be placed into metal buckets for a styled display or staked directly into the ground along the aisle. Buckets can be rented separately or as a set with the Reserved Signs.

Easels and Wood Boards
Our Wood Sign Boards are a go-to option for welcome signs, seating charts, bar menus, timelines, and statement moments throughout your event.

Boards are fully customizable with vinyl text and graphics, or printed cardstock applied with double-sided tape for a more detailed look. Thicknesses range between 0.25" and 0.5", depending on the board.

Looking for something fully custom? Custom wood boards can be made in any stain, colour, finish, or size to suit your event design.
White and Gold Ornate Mirror
Our Vintage Gold Mirror is a statement piece ideal for welcome signs, seating notes, or special moments throughout your event. Featuring an ornate gold frame, the mirror measures 19" × 13" with an overall framed size of 28" × 19".

The mirror can be customized with vinyl lettering or graphics, allowing for names, dates, or messaging tailored to your day. It can be rented on its own or as a set with a gold easel, depending on your setup needs.
Gold Ornate Frames
Our Ornate Gold Frame is a refined accent piece ideal for displaying welcome notes, bar menus, QR codes, or small signage moments throughout your event. Sized at 8"w × 10"h and finished in an antique gold, it adds a classic, statement detail without overwhelming your design.
